Reaching Goal #1
Last week I completed the 30 Day shred! It felt great to complete all 3 cycles. I did each cycle for 2 weeks. I lost pounds and inches off my body. It gave me a great confidence boost and conditioning to continue my weight loss journey. My boyfriend purchased me a membership to his gym and started coaching me in strength training. This week I’ve squatted, dead lifted, overhead pressed and so on. I never thought my body or I was capable of doing any of this. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you put your mind to it. I can’t wait to watch my body to continue to transform! Now if I can just recover from the muscle soreness I’ll be A-OK!
